Cathy Anderson, RN
Vice President / Administrator
A seasoned executive with more than 25 years of nursing, management and business
operations experience, Anderson has been with Willamette View from the inception
of To Your Home and oversees all divisional operations. Anderson has been pivotal
in building To Your Home into one of the largest in-home care providers in Oregon.
She consistently aims to introduce new technology, policies and operational procedures
to extend the success of To Your Home. A Registered Nurse since 1982, Cathy holds
an MBA from Concordia University.
Laura Willoughby
Staffing Coordinator
Laura has delivered quality service on behalf of To Your Home for nine of her
16 years at Willamette View. As part of the original To Your Home staff, her
leadership and dedication have been instrumental in increasing client assignments,
improving services, and enhancing the customer experience.
Sylvia Ortega
Staffing Coordinator
Bringing to her job nearly 20 years of in-home care coordinating experience,
Sylvia helps orchestrate the day-to-day staffing of more than 120 caregivers
across the greater tri-county area and Salem markets. Prior to joining To Your
Home in 1998, she held a key staffing position at a prominent home care agency
for nine years. Sylvia is passionate about providing continuity of care and high-quality
service solutions to enhance every client experience. For her, the years of helping
guide To Your Home through its start-up and growth into a healthy in-home care
division at Willamette View have been nothing short of an adventure.
Chris Klosser, RN
RN Supervisor
A graduate of Good Samaritan Hospital Medial Center School of Nursing, Chris
has been a licensed RN since 1973 with more than 14 years of Home Health nursing
and case management experience. Prior to joining To Your Home from Willamette
View, Chris spent 20 years working for Willamette Falls Hospital and Willamette
Falls Home Health. Throughout her professional medical career, Chris has developed
an excellent knowledge of Home Care rules and regulations as well as strong assessment,
supervisory and care staff training skills.
